Inasmuch as BTK, Dennis Rader, did in fact remix lives of women, transforming them into projects of violation and mutilation, leaving assemblages of art, Barbie-type dolls in poses of victimization and simulation of the binding, torture, and killing at the crime scenes; inasmuch as BTK's acts are gruesome interactions, then these interactions are indeed part of those interacting systems that Limited Fork Theory studies.
