Recycling as a form of Remixing

e-waste primarily spawned by technological advances that render electronic devices obsolete creates a global remix when discarded electronic devices find their way to Africa and Asia for improper or incomplete recycling and disposal. Apparently, there is no total disposal of electronic waste. What is not recycled must go somewhere, at this time, on this planet. When electronic devices must be discarded, responsible disposable of the devices may not be happening quite as those submitting devices to recycling centers might assume.
